Topgan Developments sought a brand strategy to market their property strategically positioned near Chapel Street, blending heritage charm with modern appeal to entice a sophisticated, socially active young professional demographic.
Response
We crafted Windsor Terrace, leveraging the juxtaposition of old versus new, sleek versus rough, and light versus dark. Emphasizing the development's heritage façade juxtaposed with modern interiors, our design aimed to encapsulate this contrast. Employing unconventional print collateral such as an editorial-style brochure and an illustrated location guide, we targeted an affluent, socially engaged audience, steering away from traditional marketing approaches.
Outcome
The Windsor Terrace campaign exceeded expectations, achieving a remarkable 40% sell-out within the first week of its launch and ultimately selling out shortly after. Its unconventional branding and strategic marketing approach resonated deeply with the target audience, solidifying its success in the real estate market. Notably, the project received prestigious accolades, securing two awards in the Melbourne Design Awards 2017. This recognition further validated its innovative design and impactful marketing strategy, establishing Windsor Terrace as a standout achievement in both branding and real estate development.
