Shhh Silk, aiming for a comprehensive rebrand, sought to realign its brand identity, voice, and market positioning. Olivia Carr, the brand's founder, sought a repositioning to maintain consistency, attract new partnerships, and support the brand's growth.
Response
We executed a complete brand overhaul, refining the logo for elegance and readability. Transitioning from a feminine aesthetic to a more sophisticated and inclusive image, we shifted the color palette to signal sustainability and broader market appeal. Redefining the brand's voice, we infused it with purpose, optimism, and a commitment to philanthropy.
Outcome
The rebrand led to a timeless and inviting brand identity that resonated across diverse audiences. Shhh Silk moved beyond gender-specific positioning, embracing a wider consumer base interested in sleep, wellness, and beauty. Our eco-friendly packaging initiative eliminated plastic, cut waste, and significantly reduced the brand's carbon footprint by 453kgs annually. The new brand sentiment, "Doing good is in our DNA," not only mirrored the brand's ethos but also fostered a philanthropic culture, propelling Shhh Silk toward growth and positive influence.
