Travel Journal – Nepal & India – Passion Project

While trekking through the Himalayas in Nepal and backpacking in India, I explored watercolors. Along the way, I met local kids who were fascinated by the medium and enjoyed drawing with me. It was a nice reminder that art has the ability to transcend language, age, and culture. Leaving art materials behind for them was the perfect gift—a small item that meant the world to them, receiving something as simple as coloured pencils. – Lessons in gratitude
