Chubb, a global insurer in 50 countries, needed a fresh design for their health-focused app, LifeBalance. The task was to reposition the sub-brand within Chubb's guidelines, adding personalization and sophistication for a diverse global market.

In three key stages—strategy, design, and rollout—we delved into the global insurance market, with a focus on South-East Asia, creating a campaign promoting healthier lifestyles. Our design strategy, centered on personalization through the Myers-Briggs framework, aligned with diverse audience aspirations. In the design phase, we revamped Chubb LifeBalance's brand, incorporating Chubb's guidelines for a simplified, friendly aesthetic with bespoke illustrations, especially tailored for the Southeast Asian audience.
Our asset library led to a global success, tapping into new demographics for Chubb LifeBalance. This transformative journey refreshed the app while maintaining brand identity, showcasing the power of strategic design in the insurance industry.
