Australian Government Research Council brochure cover and spread with detailed infographics

Australian Government Research Council

Infographic visualisation & book layout

Requirement

A project collaboration with Pragma to enhance the Government service design catalogues for the Australian Research Council (ARC). Facing the challenge of conveying intricate details in Grants Service Models, Prospectus Catalogues, and Research Management Systems (RMS), the ARC needed a solution for transforming text-heavy content into visually engaging formats.

Response

Collaborating with Pragma and the Government ARC, we undertook a transformative journey. For the Grants Service Model Catalogue (54 pages), visually appealing layouts and intuitive infographics were designed. In the Prospectus Catalogue (40 pages), the focus was on engaging layouts for seamless information flow. The Research Management System (RMS) Report (18 pages) used illustrative visualizations and a color-coded tab structure for clarity.

Outcome

The approach centred on strategic design, infographics, and a coluor-coded index system. The Government service design catalogue now effectively communicates complex information, breaking down each process for clarity. The collaboration resulted in three visually captivating and user-centric Service Catalogues, empowering the ARC with comprehensive tools for enhanced communication and audience engagement.
