Requirement
Transitioning from military to civilian life is challenging for veterans, often accompanied by mental health issues. The Australian Government sought to enhance support for ex-Defence personnel in this transition, emphasising mental well-being. I partnered with Pragma to develop a service delivery model program, with a key focus on infographic design to simplify complex information.
Response
We condensed vast information into concise, visually appealing layouts, featuring our service delivery model infographic designs. Strategically organising content, including infographics, ensured clear guidance on transitioning to civilian employment.
Outcome
The result was a comprehensive resource spanning over 60 pages, meticulously filled with strategically designed layouts. These conveyed complex and sensitive information in an easily understandable and empathetic manner. In addition, the resource featured infographics that effectively broke down intricate data into comprehensible and digestible information.
